Terms & Condition

1. Booking

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed session. All sessions are confirmed after follow-up and agreement on final details (date, time, and service).

2. Payment

Payment is due after the session unless stated otherwise. Pricing is based on the selected package and any additional services requested.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Session Flexibility

Session details such as outfits, timing, and concepts can be adjusted during the shoot, as long as they do not interfere with scheduling or agreed session limits.

5. Image Delivery

Edited images are delivered within the estimated turnaround time provided at booking (typically 2–5 days).
Additional edits or services may extend delivery time.

6. Image Selection & Edits

The number of edited images included depends on the selected package. Additional images can be purchased separately.
Basic images (non-retouched) may be available as an optional add-on.

7. Usage Rights

Clients receive personal or business usage rights depending on the nature of the session.
Pitch Black Cinema Inc. [Pitch Black Studio B] retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Conduct

A respectful and professional environment is expected during all sessions. The photographer reserves the right to end a session if conditions become unsafe or inappropriate.

9. Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality results, outcomes may vary depending on conditions such as lighting, location, and client cooperation.

10. Agreement

By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
