Pitch Black Studio B is operated by Pitch Black Cinema Inc.
By booking a service through this website, you agree to the following terms.
Booking Confirmation
Bookings may be automatically accepted or require manual approval depending on the service.
A booking is only considered confirmed once:

a required deposit is paid,

full payment is completed, or
-
written confirmation is provided.
A minimum notice period of 24 hours may apply.

Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit to secure the booking.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may result in loss of deposit.
No-shows may result in refusal of future bookings and may result in loss of deposit.
Arrival & Delays
Late arrivals may reduce available session time.
Excessive delays or no-shows may result in cancellation.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery estimates are approximate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
Pitch Black Studio B and Pitch Black Cinema Inc. are not responsible for delays or interruptions beyond reasonable control.
