1. Booking

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed session. All bookings are confirmed only after follow-up communication and agreement on final details, including date, time, location, and selected service.

2. Payment

Payment is due according to the selected booking option unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing is based on the selected package and any additional services requested.

Deposits may be required for certain sessions or productions.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Last-minute cancellations, repeated cancellations, or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or refusal of future bookings.

4. Session Flexibility

Session details such as outfits, concepts, poses, and timing may be adjusted during the shoot provided they do not interfere with scheduling, location restrictions, or agreed session limits.

5. Image Delivery

Edited images are delivered within the estimated turnaround time provided at booking, typically between 2–5 days unless otherwise specified.

Additional edits, revisions, or services may extend delivery times.

6. Image Selection & Editing

The number of edited images included depends on the selected package. Additional edited images or retouching services may be purchased separately.

Basic or non-retouched images may be available as an optional add-on depending on the session.

7. Usage Rights

Clients receive personal or business usage rights depending on the nature of the session and agreed usage.

Pitch Black Studio B, operated by Pitch Black Cinema Inc., retains the right to use produced content for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Conduct

A respectful and professional environment is expected during all sessions. Sessions may be ended or refused if conditions become unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.

9. Liability

Every effort is made to deliver high-quality results and a professional experience. Final outcomes may vary depending on factors including lighting, weather, location conditions, technical limitations, and client cooperation.
