Creative Project Terms

1. Booking & Inquiries

Submitting a form or inquiry does not guarantee a confirmed project or session. All projects are confirmed only after follow-up communication and agreement on final details, including scope, timeline, location, deliverables, and pricing.

2. Payment

Any fees, deposits, or payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due according to the agreed project terms. Deposits may be required to secure bookings, production dates, or editing time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Late cancellations, repeated cancellations, or no-shows may affect future bookings, deposits, or project scheduling.

4. Project Flexibility

Project details such as outfits, locations, scripts, concepts, timing, or creative direction may be adjusted during production provided changes do not interfere with agreed schedules, project scope, or session limitations.

5. Image & Video Delivery

Delivery timelines will be discussed during follow-up and may vary depending on project complexity, editing requirements, and workload.

Edited images, videos, or deliverables will be provided within the agreed timeframe unless delayed by revisions, additional requests, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Deliverables & Editing

The number of included images, videos, revisions, or edits depends on the selected package or agreed project scope.

Additional edits, deliverables, or services may be requested and may incur additional charges.

Raw or unedited files may be provided only upon request and approval.

7. Usage Rights

Clients receive personal or business usage rights depending on the nature of the project and agreed usage terms.

Pitch Black Studio B, operated by Pitch Black Cinema Inc., retains the right to use produced content for portfolio, website, social media, promotional, or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Conduct

A respectful and professional environment is expected at all times.

Pitch Black Studio B and Pitch Black Cinema Inc. reserve the right to refuse, pause, or end a project or session if conditions become unsafe, inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive.

9. Liability

Every effort is made to provide professional, high-quality results and services. Final outcomes may vary depending on lighting, weather, location conditions, technical limitations, client cooperation, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Agreement

By submitting a form, inquiry, booking request, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any project-specific agreements discussed during follow-up communication.
