General Projects
1. Booking & Inquiries
Submitting this form is considered an inquiry only. It does not guarantee a confirmed project or session. All projects are confirmed after follow-up and agreement on final details, including scope, timelines, and pricing.
2. Payment
Any fees, deposits, or payments will be agreed upon before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due as outlined in the project agreement.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings or project scheduling.
4. Project Flexibility
Project details such as outfits, locations, scripts, timing, or concepts can be adjusted during the project as long as changes do not conflict with agreed schedules or session limits.
5. Image & Video Delivery
Delivery timelines will be discussed during follow-up and may vary depending on project complexity. Edited images or videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Additional edits or services may extend delivery time.
6. Edits & Deliverables
The number of included images, videos, or edits depends on the package or agreement. Additional deliverables can be requested and may incur extra charges. Raw files may be provided upon request.
7. Usage Rights
Clients receive personal or business usage rights depending on the nature of the project.
Pitch Black Studio B [Pitch Black Cinema Inc.] retains the right to use images or videos for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Conduct
A respectful and professional environment is expected at all times.
Pitch Black Studio B [Pitch Black Cinema Inc.] reserves the right to end a project or session if conditions become unsafe or inappropriate.
9. Liability
While every effort is made to deliver professional, high-quality results, outcomes may vary depending on location, lighting, client cooperation, or unforeseen circumstances.
10. Agreement
By submitting a form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and any follow-up agreements specific to your project.
