Cancellation Policy

Pitch Black Studio B is operated by Pitch Black Cinema Inc. By booking a service through this website, you agree to the following terms. 1. Booking Confirmation Bookings may be automatically accepted or require manual approval depending on the service. A booking is only considered confirmed once: a required deposit is paid, or full payment is completed, or written confirmation is provided by Pitch Black Studio B. We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel bookings if necessary. A minimum notice period of 24 hours may be required for bookings. 2. Payment Options Clients may choose from available payment methods: Online payment (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal) In-person payment (cash, e-transfer, or approved methods) Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full card details. Some bookings may require a deposit before confirmation. 3. Deposits Certain services require a deposit to secure the date. Unless otherwise stated: deposits are required to confirm the booking deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows deposits may be transferable at our discretion Failure to pay required deposits may result in cancellation. A typical deposit ranges from $10–$25 or a percentage depending on the service. 4. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may result in loss of deposit. No-shows may be charged a cancellation/no-show fee or forfeit any deposit paid. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. 5. Intake Form Clients may be required to complete a booking intake form before confirmation. This helps prepare for the session and ensure correct planning. 6. Arrival & Timing Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce session time. Excessive delays may result in cancellation without refund. 7. Service Nature All creative services (photo, video, editing) are artistic in nature. Final results may vary depending on conditions, lighting, location, and client cooperation. Delivery times are estimates unless otherwise agreed. 8. Liability Pitch Black Studio B and Pitch Black Cinema Inc. are not liable for delays, indirect losses, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
